Booking deposits, changes and cancellations

All booking deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Deposits may be transferred to an alternative treatment or appointment provided this is requested at least 5 working days before the scheduled appointment.

If less than 5 working days’ notice is given, or if you do not attend your appointment, your deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit may be required to secure another booking.

If HN Skin Clinic needs to rearrange your appointment, your deposit will remain valid and will be transferred to your new appointment.

Final treatment suitability is confirmed during consultation. Where a treatment is not suitable following consultation, the clinic will advise on appropriate next steps.
