These starter website policies are prepared for HN Skin Clinic. They should be reviewed by the business owner before launch and updated whenever booking, payment, data or treatment processes change.
Booking, cancellation & deposit policy
All booking deposits are strictly non-refundable.
If you need to change your appointment, your deposit may be transferred to an alternative appointment or treatment, provided this is requested at least 5 working days before your scheduled appointment.
If less than 5 working days’ notice is given, or if you do not attend your appointment, your deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit may be required to secure another booking.
If HN Skin Clinic needs to rearrange your appointment, your deposit will remain valid and will be transferred to your new appointment.
Final treatment suitability is confirmed during consultation. Where a treatment is not suitable following consultation, the clinic will advise on appropriate next steps.
Privacy policy
HN Skin Clinic may collect basic contact information such as your name, phone number, email address and appointment enquiry details when you contact the clinic, book an appointment or send an enquiry.
This information is used to respond to enquiries, manage appointments, provide booking communication and support clinic administration. Where booking or consultation systems such as FacesConsent are used, their own privacy and data-processing terms may also apply.
Please avoid sending sensitive medical information or photographs through the general website enquiry form. Clinical or treatment-specific information should be shared through the clinic’s approved booking, consent or consultation process.
HN Skin Clinic does not sell personal information. Data may be shared only where necessary with trusted service providers used for booking, communication, website hosting, analytics, consent management or legal compliance.
